The East Otter Tail SWCD is currently hiring a full-time District Technician. This full-time position will promote and implement the Federal, State and Local Conservation Programs, and provide technical assistance to support the programs and activities of the East Otter Tail and Wadena Soil and Water Conservation Districts under the supervision of the District Manager.
